IACUC Protocol Submission
The IACUC office will be closed Tuesday, December 24, 2024 through Wednesday, January 1, 2025. The office will reopen for business on Thursday, January 2, 2025.
Please note: Cayuse IACUC will remain live during the campus closure, however, All review items (new studies, modifications, renewals) must be submitted by December 26, 2024 in order to be reviewed at the January 2025 meeting.

IRB Protocol Submission
The IRB office will be closed Tuesday, December 24, 2024 through Wednesday, January 1, 2025. The office will reopen for business on Thursday, January 2, 2025.
Please note Cayuse IRB will remain live during the campus closure, however, submissions submitted during campus closure will not be processed until staff return to the office on January 2, 2025.
*Important: if your study is “greater than minimal risk” and needs full board review, please contact the IRB office (irboffice@ucmerced.edu) immediately.
