To revise a protocol that was approved prior to May 1, 2021, please submit a Project Revision/Amendment Form to iacucoffice@ucmerced.edu. Please submit all new protocols (De novo included) in Cayuse IACUC at least 10 business days before the next IACUC meeting. Submissions must be received by 5pm on the day of the deadline.
